Rutland Mills – Tileyard North, Wakefield
Ashtree Roofing undertook the roofing element of the City of Wakefield’s exciting redevelopment of the historic water side mill buildings formerly known as Rutland Mills. The works consisted of re-roofing the old mill buildings in brand new Canadian slates including lead work and single ply flat roofing.
The site, now known as Tileyard North, boasts creative & office spaces along with a bars & restaurants with much more to come.
Ripley Castle – Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Brewers Fayre – Morley, Leeds
We have carried out the roofing on many Brewers Fayre and Travel Inn hotels across the country.
Brookhouse Crescent – Wakefield
This project, along with a matching Working Mens Club and apartment block earnt us a winners award from the NHiC (National Home Improvement Council)
Wakefield Hospice – Wakefield
Since this photograph was taken we have carried out works to a 20-bed extension to the hospice almost doubling its size.
Environmental Agency – Leeds
Despite looking like a natural slate roof on this contract the slates are actually a manmade fibre based slate. The client wanted the roof to look like a natural slate roof without going to the expense of using natural Welsh Blue slates.
Emmerdale Farm – Harewood
This project was carried out for Totty Construction (now ISG) and was a major contract for our company. The works took several months to complete and the results can be seen every week on television.
